Responsibility and Data

Local Storage: You acknowledge that your data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for performing any manual data exports or backups.

Data Loss: We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, theft, or the deletion of the application.

Purchases

and Subscriptions

Payment Processing: All payments are handled via the App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat.

Refunds: Refund requests must be managed directly through the respective App Store.

Lifetime Access (if applicable): If a "Lifetime" purchase is offered, it grants access to the current version's features for the duration of the app's service life.

Prohibited

Activities You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application.
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security features of the app.

Limitation

of Liability The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
